Credits let you create across Image Studio, Video Studio, Arcana, upscaling, and enhancement. This page covers the costs, limits, model choices, references, privacy, and troubleshooting basics users should know.
Modal tools cost less
Image edits, upscales, masks, and lightweight workflows usually run on controlled GPU infrastructure, so they can stay affordable.
API video is per second
Sora, Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Pixverse, Hailuo, Pika, Wan, and similar models scale by duration and resolution.
Caps protect your plan
Higher tiers unlock longer clips, premium models, and higher resolution so costs stay predictable.
Image Studio
Use for text-to-image, image-to-image, references, style exploration, and batches.
Video Studio
Use for text-to-video, image animation, video references, clip extension, motion, and sound options.
Arcana
Use guided workflows when you want a specific result like headshots, outfit try-on, room decor, storyboards, or fixes.
Upscale and Enhance
Use upscalers and skin enhancement after you have a keeper, not during early drafts.

Workflow Guidance
Start with faster image or draft video models. Move to Sora, Veo, Kling, Seedance, or other premium routes only when the prompt and references are close.
For video, test motion at the shortest duration and 720p or lower. Longer premium clips spend credits quickly.
A clean face, product, room, garment, or first-frame reference usually improves consistency more than a longer prompt.
For image editing, ask for one focused change at a time when identity, layout, or text placement matters.
Account Basics
Monthly plan credits are for the current billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over after renewal or cancellation.
Upgrade when you need better model access, longer video caps, higher resolution, or more recurring credits. Top up when one project needs extra runs.
Subscriptions, top-ups, and credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Review the credit cost before generating.
Every ArtFire plan includes commercial use for outputs you generate, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and third-party model rules.
Your library is your workspace unless you publish, share, or otherwise make something available.
Generated images and videos can be reused as references, downloaded, or opened from the Library.
Troubleshooting
Buy a top-up or choose a shorter clip, lower resolution, or cheaper model. API video can spend credits quickly by design.
Provider failures and cancellations may refund credits. If the balance does not look right after a minute, contact support.
Your plan may not include that tier, duration, or resolution. The app will show the required upgrade path.
Try a cleaner reference, simplify the prompt, lower the number of simultaneous changes, or generate a first frame before video.

AI outputs can vary. Prompts and references guide the result, but they do not guarantee exact likeness, layout, text, or motion.
All purchases are final. Subscriptions, top-ups, and credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
